The 2024 CEAM Conference was a success with over 525 registered attendees! Zach Johnson, Lakeville City Engineer, was named 2023 Engineer of the Year for his service to CEAM and APWA MN.

2024 Ceam Executive Committee Elections
The 2024 CEAM Executive Committee elections are complete, with results ratified at the February 2, 2024, meeting. Voting was open from January 20 to February 1, 2024, and emails were sent to 2023 CEAM members.
CEAM Summer Business Meeting
The annual summer business meeting and networking event was held on Wednesday, August 9. The business meeting was at the Union Depot in St. Paul, followed by networking event at a Saints game at CHS Field.
Project of The Year
This year’s Project of the year awards celebrated both transportation and non-transportation projects to honor the diverse infrastructure work of our members. The 2024 project of the year for transportation was awarded to the City of Chaska for the TH41 reconstruction project.

Engineer of the Year
Chad Millner, Edina engineering director, was announced as the 2024 Engineer of the Year. Chad has been an active member of CEAM for many years including serving on the Legislative Committee and as a member of APWA MN. Congratulations to Chad!
