2026 Ceam Executive Committee Elections

Results of the 2026 CEAM Executive Committee Elections were announced at the Winter Business meeting held during the 2026 Annual Conference on Friday, January 30, 2026.  The 2026 CEAM Executive Committee is:

President: Matt Leonard, City of Monticello

Vice President: Chris LaBounty, City of Maple Grove

Secretary-Treasurer: Nick Preisler, City of St. Michael
Associate Member: Public Sector (1st Year): Jen Schuman, City of Wayzata

CEAM Annual Conference

The 2026 CEAM Annual Conference was held January 28-30, 2026 at the DoubleTree Hilton in Bloomington.  The conference agenda is currently available on the Fusion Learning Partners website.  The complete agenda and presentation materials will be available shortly.

Project of The Year

The Project of the Year awards celebrate City Engineering projects and honor the diverse infrastructure work of our members.  The 2025 Project of the Year was awarded to Oronoco for their new Wastewater Treatment System.

Engineer of the Year

Richard McCoy, Robbinsdale Public Works Director and City Engineer, was announced as the 2025 Engineer of the Year.  Richard has been leading the Public Works Department for Robbinsdale since 2001 and is active in both CEAM and APWA MN.  Congratulations to Richard!
