The 2025 CEAM Conference was a success with over 515 registered attendees! Chad Milner, Edina Engineering Director, was named the 2024 Engineer of the Year. The Project of the Year was awarded to both a Transportation and Non-Transportation Project.
This year’s Project of the year awards celebrated both transportation and non-transportation projects to honor the diverse infrastructure work of our members. The 2024 project of the year for transportation was awarded to the City of Chaska for the TH41 reconstruction project.
Chad Millner, Edina engineering director, was announced as the 2024 Engineer of the Year. Chad has been an active member of CEAM for many years including serving on the Legislative Committee and as a member of APWA MN. Congratulations to Chad!
