City of Saint Paul, Capital City Bikeway - Kellogg Blvd. Phase I

The Capital City Bikeway – Kellogg Blvd. Phase I project is a major step forward in Saint Paul’s vision to create a safe, connected, and accessible bicycle network throughout the city.
