2026 CEAM Annual Conference We are excited to announce that registration for the 2026 Annual Conference is now open! The Annual Conference is the perfect opportunity to engage in valuable education, networking, and collaboration with your colleagues and peers. The event will also be a celebration of the remarkable accomplishments of our members over the past year. The Annual Conference will be held at the welcoming DoubleTree Hilton in Bloomington.
This year’s Project of the year awards celebrated both transportation and non-transportation projects to honor the diverse infrastructure work of our members. The 2024 project of the year for transportation was awarded to the City of Chaska for the TH41 reconstruction project.
Chad Millner, Edina engineering director, was announced as the 2024 Engineer of the Year. Chad has been an active member of CEAM for many years including serving on the Legislative Committee and as a member of APWA MN. Congratulations to Chad!
